If you are really interested in "MySQL to XML" conversion you need to do the following:

Make sure that ADODB .NET is installed on your machine completely and you can use it. Even though MDAC 2.7 is definitely installed properly on your target machine you may encounter the error message "File or assembly name ADODB, or one of its dependencies, was not found." Sorry, that is not our fault. We all are waiting when MS will resolve the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Download and install OLE DB Provider for MySQL (MyOLEDB) from MySQL website.

Download a special version of XML Converter and install it separately of the current installation, which you have on your PC.
